But our own Lea Cecsarini – field officer manager and technician – has built a 20-year construction career with McGeorge Contracting Company, which she recently discussed with THV11. The takeaway? Women are well-equipped for the job.
Even amidst challenges from the crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic, McGeorge Contracting Co, Inc. employees continue to put health and safety first. McGeorge celebrated its fifth year of zero lost time incidents at the end of 2020. No employee has had to leave or miss work due to a work-related injury or illness for five consecutive years. This year, it was an achievement for all divisions of McGeorge Contracting Co., Inc., including McGeorge, Cranford, GMQ, and WK.

We’re ready for our first-ever online tradeshow and convention. For the upcoming Arkansas Environmental Federation (AEF) event, McGeorge will have a virtual booth where attendees can make appointments to speak with one of our four representatives.
Surveying work has come a long way from “heel-to-toe,” and the McGeorge Contracting Company surveying team is at the forefront of the ever-emerging technology.
“Compared to today’s instruments, there’s a huge difference,” McGeorge Contracting Surveyor Supervisor Gary Thomas said. “Our vertical accuracy is a half-inch or less.”
